Chicken Inasal was created in Bacolod, Philippines and has been a local favourite for decades.

Marinated with vinegar, soy sauce, calamansi, garlic, ginger, lemongrass and annatto — it’s bold, tangy and beautifully smoky with that signature red orange hue from annatto seeds.
