But think to yourself, "I didn't really eat much leh actually...๐Ÿค” Why still fat arh?"

In many past consultations with girls who want to lose weight, many of them would tell me that they would control their food intake for a period of time, trying to lose some weight. But after a few days, they would suddenly feast/snack uncontrollably.

In the long run, not just body fat does not get โฌ‡๏ธ, it will even โฌ†๏ธ
It is true that having a balanced diet is important in weight management,
But not eating/crash dieting โ‰  weight loss,
It will actually result in weight gain!

Suggestion:
If you feel like eating something, do not restrict yourself fully,
Having some healthy snacks is actually encouraged,
such as fruits, a cup of soymilk/milk, a piece of chicken breast, etc.

Of course, that doesn't mean you can binge on high calorie food,
such as deep fried food๐ŸŸ, highly processed food๐Ÿฅ“, high sugar desserts๐Ÿฆ

Eat more veggies๐Ÿฅฌ, low calorie food ๐ŸŽ
It's been mentioned many times, balanced nutrition is key.

Do not wait till you are hungry to eat โŒ
Eat at fixed mealtimes, maintain a balanced meal.
Not overeating is still a better eating habit.

Not eating on time will not only cause you to overeat,
it will also result in digestive issues!

We Are Living in Challenging Times
of the Pandemic

I believe many of us have heightened stress levels because of the
- rapidly changing patterns of viral spread
- escalating health and financial worries
- isolation and loneliness from social distancing
- uncertainty about the future

And our emotional/mental responses are

- anxiety ๐Ÿ˜Ÿ
- pessimism ๐Ÿ˜ž
- emotional dysregulation ๐Ÿคฌ

However, research has shown that resilient people can quickly recover from such adversity and emerge stronger and healthier.

Before meeting my coach, I am always not confident with my body shape and myself. I do not dare to wear body fitting shirts.๐Ÿ˜” I get easily tired and has less stamina to do workout. I thought I would skip my dinner to lose weight & tried ๐Ÿค” but never thought that it actually result in my metabolism going down and did not help me lose weight. I tried many ways and workouts to lose weight/slim down but non of them are effective. ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

Until I met my coach on social media๐Ÿ“ฑ. He personalised my program for me and coach me throughout my journey. I managed to achieve from wearing big size clothes to smaller sizes๐Ÿ˜Ž. I have more energy to do my workouts, be confident of myself and the best part is I have lost 8kgs over 6-7months from 56kg to 48kg ๐Ÿคฉ. In total I lost 13kg and maintain my weight & body shape.

I am grateful to have met my coach as he always encourage me even though I will cheat on my meals while on the program. He will teach me what to do after the cheat meal. He let me become more confident of myself and encourage me that if others can do it, why canโ€™t I. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป
