Designed to deepen your practice and awaken your voice as a teacher. Rooted in the steady alignment principles of Hatha and the fluid, breath-centered movement of Vinyasa, this training offers a balanced and comprehensive exploration of modern yoga and authenticity of the traditional method.

You’ll cultivate strength, mobility, and awareness through intelligently sequenced asana practice, while learning how to weave breath, intention, and mindful transitions into every class you guide.

We are thrilled to welcome Yan Ong and Manuel Ferreira, both Authorized Level 2 Ashtanga teachers, for a transformative 4-day journey into the Intermediate Series of Ashtanga Yoga. With over two decades of dedicated practice and teaching experience, Yan and Manuel bring a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and precision to guide practitioners safely into new depths of their practice.

This workshop, Safely Pushing Limits, is designed to provide a progressive roadmap for students ready to explore the challenges of the Intermediate Series. Through Mysore-style classes, led sessions, and an in-depth workshop, students will learn actionable steps to expand their physical and mental boundaries while maintaining safety, alignment, and sustainability in their practice.
