Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming the team from Eastern General Hospital to our Bedok premises for a walkthrough and sharing session. We shared more about our care model and facilities, and discussed how we can work together to better support patients and the community in the East.

We look forward to continuing our mission of delivering quality care and meaningful recovery for our patients.

At the Singapore Hospice Council festival, we’re building a stronger, more connected care ecosystem to meet Singapore’s growing needs.

See you at our booth from 10 Oct to 12 Oct at Suntec Tower 1 & 2 Atrium and discover how palliative care is evolving.

Apart from the booth, Justin Tan, Senior Associate Chaplain, SACH, will also be sharing how hospice and care teams support families in honoring a loved one’s wish to be at home at the Peaceful Pathways Home webinar on 15 Oct.
