I remember the time and place my “Ex” announced our break up..I felt like a complete failure in my marriage

I never wanted to live in that apartment/ that neighbourhood , hell even in the same country ever again

But then I learned

Here’s what I did:

I learned to stop being a spectator of my past and
•reclaimed my territory- took my power back
• rewrote my script- became the author of my life , not the victim of it
• celebrated the shift- laughed where I once cried

It’s the ultimate proof of your resilience and the most tangible metric of healing

Go back.

Welcome to Day 8 and 9 of Envisioning your 2026 series

The Closing Commitment ✍️✨

Strategy is nothing without identity. You can have the best plan in the world, but if you don’t believe you’re the person who can pull it off, you’ll stay stuck.

Today we move from doing to being.

The Focus: Meeting your Future Self

Swipe through to lock in your 2026 alignment:

Note to Future Self: Identify what truly matters when the year gets loud and busy.

The Core Identity: Choose your Word for the Year and name the belief you are finally leaving behind.

The Knowledge: Crystallize the truth you are taking with you to fuel your growth.

The Best Possible Self: Vividly describe a day in December 2026 where you are fully flourishing—who are you with and what are you doing?

The Strategy: We don’t get what we want; we get who we are. Step into 2026 with intention, celebrate your growth, and stay fully aligned.

Day 8 & 9 Challenge: Let’s make it public. 1️⃣ What is your Word for the Year?
2️⃣ What is one belief you are leaving behind?

Drop them below! 👇

The Grand Finale is tomorrow. I’ll be releasing the Full 10-Page Envisioning 2026 Workbook for everyone who has been following along! 🚀

Welcome to Day 7 of Envisioning your 2026 series

Pathways & The Science of Hope

Hope isn’t just a wish; it’s a cognitive strategy. It requires a Goal, the Agency (your “will”), and Pathways (your “way”).

Building Your Pathways (Hope Theory)

Plan A & B: Map your primary strategy for your #1 2026 goal, but crucially, identify an alternative route (Plan B) for when obstacles arise.

Proactive Obstacle Identification

The “Hurdle” Check: Before Plan B is even needed, name the internal hurdles (like self-doubt) or external barriers that could block Plan A.

Agency Boosters
Fuel Your Motivation: Identify a mantra or visual reminder to pull you through when your “Agency” (motivation) dips.

The Support System: Name the one person you will call if both pathways feel blocked.

The Strategy: Success doesn’t go to the person with the easiest path, but to the person who has already mapped out the detours.

Day 7 Challenge: What is your Agency Booster?
Is it a specific song? A photo on your desk? A 3-word mantra? (For me, it’s the mantra: “Action creates clarity.”)

Share your booster below. You might just give someone else the spark they need today. 👇
Tomorrow, for Day 8, we begin our Closing Commitment—identifying what you’re leaving behind to step into your “Best Possible Self”.

Welcome to Day 6 of 10 of the Envisioning Your 2026 series

Hope is not a “vibe.” It’s a strategy.

Most people think hope is just “wishful thinking.” But in psychology, Hope Theory (developed by C.R. Snyder) is a practical framework for achieving goals. It requires three things:

1. A Goal

2. The Agency (The “Will”)

3. The Pathways (The “Way”)

Today’s Focus: Pathways (The “Plan B” Secret)

In this worksheet, we address a hard truth:

Plan A will eventually get blocked. High-hope individuals are successful not because they never fail, but because they have already mapped out an alternative route before the obstacle even appears.

Pathway A: Your ideal strategy.

Pathway B: Your alternative route. If the market shifts, if a project is cancelled, or if your “Big Rock” gets blocked—what is the detour?

The Strategy: Having a Plan B doesn’t mean you’re planning to fail; it means you’re planning to keep going.

Resilience is simply having an alternative pathway ready to go.

Day 6 Task: Think about your #1 goal for 2026. What is the most likely “roadblock” you might hit?

Now, tell me: What is one alternative route you could take if that happens?

Thinking this through now reduces anxiety later. Share your “Pathway B” thoughts below! 👇

I’ll be back tomorrow for Day 7, where we talk about Agency Boosters—how to keep your “Will” strong when the “Way” gets difficult.

Welcome to Day 5 of 10 of the Envisioning Your 2026 series

A vision without vitality is just a dream you’re too tired to chase

We are closing out our PERMA-V deep dive today. Yesterday was about how we feel; today is about how we sustain that energy over the long haul.

Today’s Focus: PERMA-V (Part 2) Meaning, Accomplishment, and Vitality.

In this worksheet, we bridge the gap between “dreaming” and “operating”:

M (Meaning): What will you do that serves something bigger than yourself? Purpose is what gets you out of bed when motivation dips.

A (Accomplishment): What is one “small win” you want to celebrate every week to maintain momentum?

V (Vitality): How will you move your body and rest your mind to sustain the energy needed for your goals?

The Strategy: You cannot power a high-performance 2026 on a low-battery body. By planning for Vitality and Small Wins, you ensure your “Big Rock” stays in motion all year long.

Day 5 Task: What is one “small win” you can commit to celebrating every single week? (Example: Friday afternoon reflection, or a specific movement goal.)

Share your small win below! 👇

I’ll be back tomorrow for Day 6, where we move into the psychology of Hope Theory and why Plan A isn’t enough.

Welcome to Day 4 of 10 of the Envisioning Your 2026 series.

Success without joy is just a different kind of burnout. 🌿

Yesterday, Day 3, we picked our Big Rock—that one major goal. But a goal alone isn’t enough to flourish. To truly thrive, we need a framework that supports our well-being while we work.

Enter PERMA-V: A science-backed model for flourishing. Today, we’re focusing on the first two pillars: P, E and R.

Today’s Focus: PERMA-V (Part 1)

In this worksheet, we are asking the questions most productivity planners ignore:

P (Positive Emotion): What will you do just for joy? Joy is the fuel that prevents mid-year fatigue.

E (Engagement): Where do you want to find more “flow” at work? When we find flow, work feels like a craft, not a chore.

R (Relationships): Who do you want to connect with more deeply? Success is better when it’s shared.

The Strategy: If you don’t schedule joy and connection, “busy-ness” will schedule them out for you.

High performance is a marathon, and these three pillars keep you in the race.

Day 4 Task: What is one thing you’re going to do in 2026 just for the joy of it?

Share your “Joy Goal” below! 👇

I’ll be back tomorrow for Day 5 to cover the second half of the flourishing puzzle: Meaning, Accomplishment, and Vitality.

18/01/2026

Welcome to Day 3 of 10 of the Envisioning Your 2026 series.

If everything is a priority, nothing is.

For the last two days, we’ve audited our meaning and our energy. Now, it’s time to choose where to point that energy.

Most people start the year with a list of 15 “resolutions.”

By February, they’ve abandoned all of them because they’re spread too thin. High achievers do the opposite: they pick one Big Rock.

Today’s Focus: The Big Rock (Productivity)

In this worksheet, we move beyond the to-do list:

My Main Goal: What is the one major focus that would make everything else easier or unnecessary?

The First Step: What is the smallest, most immediate action you can take to start? (Complexity is the enemy of ex*****on).

The “Stop Doing” List: To make room for your Big Rock, what one habit or commitment are you officially resigning from today?

The Secret: Productivity isn’t about doing more; it’s about doing what matters.

To say “Yes” to your Big Rock, you have to say “No” to a dozen small pebbles.

Day 3 Task: What is your #1 Big Rock for 2026?

State it in the comments. There is power in making it public—it moves from a thought in your head to a commitment on the page. ✍️

Tomorrow, we move into Day 4: The Science of Flourishing, where I’ll introduce the PERMA-V framework to make sure your Big Rock doesn’t lead to burnout.

Welcome to Day 2 of 10 of the Envisioning 2026 series.

You can’t build a 2026 you love on a foundation of habits you hate. 🔋

Yesterday, we looked at Meaning. Today, we look at Energy.

Today’s Focus: The Energy Audit

We often think we have a “time management” problem, but the truth is we usually have an “energy management” problem. You can have 8 hours of free time, but if your energy is drained by toxic habits or “vampire” tasks, you’ll never move the needle on your goals.

In this worksheet, we are doing a radical honest check-in:

More of: Identify the People, Places, and Habits that heal you. These are your battery chargers.

Less of: Identify the People, Places, and Habits that hurt you. These are the leaks in your bucket.

The Strategy: Growth isn’t just about adding new things to your life. It’s about having the courage to remove the things that are weighing you down.

Day 2 Task: Let’s practice “Addition by Subtraction.”

What is one habit or “energy drain” you are officially leaving behind in 2025? (Example: Checking emails before getting out of bed, or saying ‘yes’ to meetings that could have been an email.)

Share yours below. 👇

I’ll be back tomorrow for Day 3, where we finally talk about The Big Rock—the one goal that changes everything.

16/01/2026

Welcome to Day 1 of 10 of the Envisioning Your 2026 series.

Most people plan their schedules before they plan their purpose. 🛑

Before we look at a calendar, a to-do list, or a “Big Rock” goal, we have to start with The Meaning Check.

If your goals for 2026 are built on “shoulds” (obligations to others) rather than “musts” (your calling), you will run out of fuel by February.

Today’s Focus: Alignment & Flow

In the first worksheet of the Envisioning 2026 Workbook, we look at three critical anchors:

Your “Flow” State: When do you feel most alive and purposeful? This is the activity where time disappears.

Your Impact: How do you want to add value to someone else’s life this year? Meaning is rarely found in a vacuum.

The Alignment Test: Does your current path feel like an obligation or a calling?

Your 5-Minute Challenge for Today:

📅 Look at your current 2026 goals.
Ask yourself: Am I doing this because I want to, or because I feel like I have to?

Day 1 Task: In the comments, share one activity that puts you in a “Flow State.”

I’ll be back tomorrow for Day 2: The Energy Audit, where we’ll talk about what (and who) you need to leave behind to make room for your best year yet.

Setting Your North Star: Envisioning 2026

As we look toward 2026, the goal isn’t just to “get things done”.......It’s to become the person who makes those things happen.

A North Star isn’t a destination; it’s a fixed point that keeps you on course when the noise of life gets loud.

By defining your vision now, you stop reacting to your environment and start designing your future.

If you don’t set your own North Star, someone else will set it for you. This year, prioritise:

✅ Purpose over busywork.

✅ Intention over reaction.

✅ Alignment over ego.

Where is your North Star pointing this year?

Get ready to design your 2026. 🧭

Starting tomorrow, we are embarking on a 6-day journey to set your North Star.

We’re breaking down the Envisioning 2026 Workbook into daily micro-challenges to help you step into the year with purpose, intention, and alignment.

Stay tuned to this space every morning for your daily prompt. We’ll be moving through the psychology of flourishing—from auditing your energy to mapping out your “Best Possible Self”.
