Netball Singapore has clinched 1st Runner-Up at the Singlife Nations Cup 2025! 🎉

We’re incredibly proud of our Director, Ng Chuen Thye , who serves as the Team Physio for the Singapore National Team. For the past 10 years, he’s been supporting some of the best sports teams and athletes in the nation — keeping them strong, healthy, and game-ready. 💪

Next up, he’ll be heading to Bangkok for the SEA Games next month! 🌏🔥

Against advice to do op by surgeon, Madam Rosidah is discipline and diligent to do exercises at Physio North at least 1-2 xs a week after a fall that tore her meniscus. Fast forwards 6 weeks time, she is hiking and enjoying the breathtaking view at the mountain top!

Madam Ong, aged 70, climbed Mount Hallasan after undergoing a bunion operation and coping with a complex medial meniscus tear without surgical intervention. Her ongoing involvement in volunteer work, grandchild care, and daily physical activity makes her an exemplary model of active aging and overcoming medical challenges. Age is indeed a state of mind!

Aan sprained his ankle 3 weeks before two back to back international tournaments. He walked into Physio North wearing an airwalker boot. After a few sessions of physio, he competed at international level again without ankle pain. Physio North is happy to help the top athlete in Singapore to return to play earlier.
