𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐛𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐁𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞
𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘯 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘥𝘪𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘭𝘺 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘸𝘩𝘰 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘰𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘩𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘦𝘯 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘥𝘢𝘺.
This morning, we had the opportunity to conduct a training session with the core kitchen teams of Wine Connection (Singapore). Being able to engage directly with the chefs and supervisors who run the kitchens is always the most meaningful part of our work.
𝑹𝒆𝒂𝒍 𝒊𝒎𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔 𝒉𝒂𝒑𝒑𝒆𝒏 𝒘𝒉𝒆𝒏 𝒌𝒏𝒐𝒘𝒍𝒆𝒅𝒈𝒆 𝒎𝒆𝒆𝒕𝒔 𝒅𝒂𝒚-𝒕𝒐-𝒅𝒂𝒚 𝒐𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔.
After working closely together for the past year through regular outlet audits, it was the right time to come together, realign our positions, and strengthen our shared direction moving forward.
It was a great session filled with practical discussions, shared experiences, and a strong sense of commitment from everyone involved.
When teams come together with a common objective, progress becomes natural.
𝑨𝒕 𝑭𝒐𝒐𝒅𝑵𝒆𝒕 𝑰𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍, 𝒘𝒆 𝒃𝒆𝒍𝒊𝒆𝒗𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒈 𝒃𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒔 𝒈𝒓𝒐𝒘 𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒓 𝒘𝒉𝒆𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒓𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 𝒔𝒚𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒎𝒔, 𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒔𝒖𝒑𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒊𝒏 𝒑𝒍𝒂𝒄𝒆.
Seeing the motivation and openness from the Wine Connection team leaves us confident about the road ahead.
Refreshed and energized, we look forward to continuing this journey together & bringing the brand to even greater heights with the support of the FoodNet International team.
