While our life is so fast paced, we neglect what matters...

Challenge for today: contact that friend you used to be close to, the one you are thinking of sometimes meaning to contact them, but never seeming to have time.

Let them know you are thinking of them.

Sometimes, we are more harsh and tough with those closest to us. While we mean well and we do it out of love, we do hurt those who matter mostly to us in the process.

Challenge for today or tomorrow:

Focus on the positives only for the day. Make compliments to your loved ones, tell them in which ways you appreciate them when you find yourself smiling and feeling lucky and proud. Refrain from saying anything negative. You will notice a miracle:

You will be surprised to see that your day becomes bright, that new rays of sunshine will touch your heart, that you may get pampered and treated better, that you feel more loved and less lonely.
