These are sentiments I hear often from people who want to support a friend or loved one experiencing pregnancy loss, but feel unsure of how to respond.
Pregnancy loss is deeply personal—and many of us simply don’t know what to say or how to truly be there for someone going through it.

I am honoured to be collaborating with Angel Hearts, an organisation devoted to supporting families through pregnancy and infant loss.
Together, we are creating a gentle, safe space to explore how to support someone after loss—with empathy, confidence, and grace.
