長年研修を通して成長し学び続けてきた公立病院という馴染み深い場所を離れることは、決して容易なことではありませんでした。しかし、それはお子さまやご家族とより深い関係を築いていきたいという私の想いを叶えるために不可欠な決断でした。

私自身も母親として、我が子の体調が悪くなると不安を感じたことがあります。そんなとき、真摯に耳を傾け、安心させてくれる誰かを切望する気持ち。まさにそれを経験しました。
