Can you recover from OCD?

It's a giveaway question. The answer is a resounding YES!

OCD is commonly perceived as the "hand washing problem" but it's actually an umbrella term for many sub-conditions. Chirag's was a different kind of obsession, but still debilitating nonetheless.

I know it's not a funny problem to have as a former victim of OCD.

I've had success with a few OCD clients using a combination of hypnotherapy and nutrition.

Hurrah! 🎉 Congrats to our 8 Nov Reiki 1 graduates Rizwan, Ranjini, Bhavani, Punitha and Chirag.

Thanks to the feedback from the previous students, I made improvements to the workshop. The result was "mind boggling" as Punitha exclaimed! I couldn't have asked for more.

Everyone, literally everyone, felt the flow of reiki energy during the attunements and the practice sessions. Some also felt energised, pain going away, tension going away after giving each other Reiki.

I'm proud of all of you and your dedication. By the end of the workshop, I could see that you knew how to make reiki work for you.

I love doing hypnosis for kids for one particular reason ❤️

It's not because they're gullible or anything like that.

My recent client was a lively primary school kid who needed help with exam motivation. I had an easy time chatting with him because he was open with his thoughts and feelings.

He was frank about what made him not want to study hard so I didn't have to second guess him. During the session, we bonded well which is and important part of therapy to gain trust.

I said, "Think of me as your buddy who wants to help you." He replied with a shocker that cannot be his buddy. I felt a little disheartened but he quickly explained that I'm his "friend" which is a level higher than "buddy" 😁

Again he quickly corrected himself, "Actually you're my BFF." It's an honour to be knighted as his BFF. Truly an honour 🥰

Why I like working with kids? Because I get immediate feedback whether I'm doing the right thing.

We had our hypnotherapy session proper and he asked for a piece of paper to draw. I didn't think much of it and left him in the therapy room while I spoke with his dad.

To my surprise, he handed me the paper with my official certification as his BFF and a rating of ♾️ upon ♾️.

Waaa...! I was on cloud 9. Google, can you please add this rating to my profile? 🤣

We have more sessions to go and I'm truly hoping to help this body do better in his studies.

One day, he might become a famous athlete and then Singapore's Chief of Defence Force (this came from him). My hopes are high! 🫡

What have my students been saying about reiki?

JC: Have been doing daily reiki for self n even trying it on my office plant!!! Went fr a dying plant to discovering a bloom today!!

S: I did Reiki on my husband as he was in a lot of discomfort in his stomach and he says it really helped to put him to sleep.

A huge congratulations to our latest Reiki 2 graduates!

After 3 months of practice, my Reiki 1 students - Meiyan, Louise, Janice and Nicole - returned to upgrade their skills.

They've not only tried it successfully on themselves but their pets and family members too!

What they can now do with their hands would make Ironman so jealous... 😂

Not only that, they can send energy across time and space too!

Thank you all for the active participation, the load of questions, the fun and the laughter. Keep the reiki flowing day after day!

Depression had gripped me (yes, me Eugene Chow) for nearly two decades. No doctor, no diet, no supplement could touch it. It got so bad that I was depressed about being depressed.

I tried every “breakthrough” therapy under the sun, each one gave me "hope-ium" before pulling the proverbial rug. EFT Tapping was no different... at first.

Then... A simple tweak revealed what I’d missed all along. Decades of emotional and physical pain started to lift.

I never imagined recovery would come from something as strange as tapping on my meridian points. But it did and it was nothing less than life-changing.

That's why I teach EFT Tapping to all my clients. Those who use it experience positive results.
