Here’s what went down at our yearly Iftar gathering together with migrant brothers on Wednesday.

We kicked things off with fun icebreakers to know more about the brothers. When the time came, everyone broke fast with fruits. After evening prayers, we ate delicious biryani together. The night ended with everyone’s hearts (and stomachs) happy and full. ❤️

A huge thank you to Mr Biryani for making this event possible!

For the past two Saturdays, NHG Health NHG Health and HealthServe came together to host two hands-on healthy cooking sessions for migrant domestic workers and their employers.

Participants learned practical ways to prepare familiar local dishes using healthier ingredient substitutions — without compromising on taste. 🍳🥗

More than just cooking, the sessions created a shared space for learning, connection, and mutual appreciation between the domestic workers and the families they support.

We look forward to growing this initiative together — empowering more MDWs and employers with the knowledge and confidence to make healthier choices at home, and building healthier families in the process! 🌱✨

🌙✨ Here’s what went down at the Community Buka Puasa and Mini Health Carnival last weekend at Masjid Hasanah!

It was a meaningful evening of learning and sharing. Our Bangladeshi brothers and volunteers came together to learn more about caring for their mind, body, and dental health.

The evening concluded with a Community Buka Puasa attended by more than 1000 brothers, bringing everyone together in the spirit of Ramadan.

A big thank you to Masjid Hasanah Hasanah Mosque for partnering with us and making this event possible!

Last weekend, we had a wonderful time engaging with more than 80 migrant domestic sisters at our monthly Free Health Screening session 💙
While they work everyday to care for our loved ones and us, let’s also care for their health and well-being.
If you know any migrant domestic helper who has not done a health check for more than a year, encourage her to take charge of her health, just like the sisters who joined us!

Last week, we met with 250 migrant brothers at KTC-HSB and spent a wonderful morning sharing about Basic Mental Health and important tips on healthy living, dental hygiene and more.

This Pongal, we were invited by Tampines Changkat CC to join their celebrations with a Thoranam-making station! Together with several migrant brothers who chose to spend their off day to share Thoranam-making crafts with members of the local community, we had a blast! 💙

It was a meaningful time of simple connection, sharing dances and laughs as well as learning from one another!

We look forward to participating in more community-led activities and coming together as one big family! ✨
