3 WAYS TO BREAK YOUR OVEREATING CYCLE 🤯
1. Perceive food differently!
Focus on fueling your body instead of just filling your tummy. NOT all food provide us with right nutrition. Take simple steps to learn in choosing the right food. (That doesn't mean eating salad all day, BTW!) There are healthy YET DELICIOUS meals that can help cleanse, repair and regenerate the cells in our body instead of just filling it based on your cravings!
2. Less carbs, longer life
Fill 1/4 of your plate with healthy carbs and the remaining 3/4 with an equal amount of vegetables and protein source. This healthy portions are what your body needs for a balanced meal. For example, today's lunch could be 1/4 plate Brown Rice and 3/4 plate of Baked Honey Chicken & garden salad! Healthy, but definitely yummy!
3. Stay Hydrated
Did you know that we often mistake thirst for hunger? Drink lots of water instead of grabbing a bag of chips!
When the stomach senses that it is full, it sends signals to the brain to stop eating. Water can not only hydrate our body but it can also take up space in the stomach, leading to fullness, reducing hunger and cravings!
