PSLE Ready is more than just doing practice papers.
It’s about helping your child practise with confidence, focus, and calm.

Our PSLE Ready programme supports Primary 6 students to:
âś” practise exam papers in a structured, supportive environment
âś” manage exam anxiety and stress responses
âś” stay focused and steady under time pressure
âś” build effective study and revision skills

Therapist-led sessions focus on emotional regulation and exam confidence,
while teachers guide students through papers, strategies, and feedback.

Because when students feel calm and prepared, practice becomes more effective.

It’s human to feel down, to lose motivation, to grieve or struggle through tough days.
But when the heaviness lingers - when joy, energy, and purpose start to fade it may be more than sadness.

This World Mental Health Day, remember: emotions are messages, not weaknesses.

In Singapore in 2024 alone, 314 lives were lost to su***de.

Youths aged 10–29 remain the most affected, and men account for over 60% of cases. 

These numbers show us something we already know: caring for mental health only in emergencies is too late.
What if we made it a safety net instead of a last resort?

When disaster strikes, we rush to rebuild — homes, systems, lives.
But why do we leave our minds last, waiting for the crisis to end?

This year’s World Mental Health Day (10 October) reminds us that care shouldn’t begin after catastrophe — it should be part of how we prepare for it.

Building mental health access during peaceful times creates safety nets. Rather than to find bandages and pick up the pieces after we have been hurt.
It’s how we strengthen resilience, recovery, and compassion — in our communities, and in ourselves.

Let’s talk about mental health not only in emergencies, but in everyday life — because peace of mind is part of preparedness so that in times of crises, we are already prepared for the worst to come. Reach out to us if you would like to build that foundation.
