** UEMS Solution is Hiring for Shift Controller **
Roles & Responsibilities as a Shift Controller:
To assist the Manager in managing all activities of portering to ensure a high standard of logistics service through the daily operations. To ensure that work efficiency is optimized at all times. To perform daily coordination between the Porters and Users, handle users inquires and update daily assignments into the portering System. To monitor the system for any irregularities. To Supervise and motivate the porters, maintain a higher level of work efficiency and report daily event to Manager
To assign and deploy porters to carry out tasks pertaining to departmental functions
To monitor porters’ work performance through supervision and feedback from users
To handle feedback and complaints and update the Executives
To ensure that the equipment (e.g. walkie-talkies, wheelchairs, trolley, computer, printer etc) are in good working condition
To maintain departmental filing system in an organized manner
To maintain a log book for all transactions received through telephone calls, emails and faxes. Update these requests into the computer database
Assist in maintaining staff leave records and training records
Perform any other relevant duties as and when assigned by the Superior
Requirements:
GCE 'N' Level with a minimum of 1 years of relevant working experience in operations coordination
Experience in handling the operations personnel such as their performance and attendance tracking, handling feedbacks or complaints from both operation or clients
Meticulous and possesses good administrative skills with a good working attitude
Possess good communication skills
Willing to work on Weekends / PHs.
Only open to Singaporean/PR.
