Congratulations to our recipients of the Healthcare Humanity Awards 2025. This recognition celebrates colleagues who have shown exceptional compassion, resilience and teamwork while delivering preventive care through Healthier SG.

SHP’s Team Healthier SG Trailblazers led the rollout of preventive care across SingHealth Polyclinics, enrolling over 200,000 patients into Healthier SG. They also boosted chronic disease screening by 183%, improving early detection and raising the bar for primary care.

From medical plastic waste to wonder, ReVive25 makes its mark.

This “25” structure, made from recycled medical plastic, went on a round island journey to our SingHealth polyclinics to collect plastic medical waste. This remarkable feat has earned its place in the Singapore Book of Records as the “Largest Structure filled with Recyclable Plastics.”

This milestone celebrates not just our 25th anniversary, but our dedication to creating a sustainable future through collective action. ♻️
