GET.a.grip Counselling & Coaching Hello there,

I am Martin Nonis from Singapore. I am the founder of GET.a.grip Counselling & Coaching.

I offer both onsite and online counselling services for individuals and couples with mental health concerns such as clinical depression, anxiety disorders, Bi Polar Disorder Management and any other wellness concerns. Having had exposure to working with persons with special needs and adults at an IHL, i provide coaching to adolescents and adults in studying techniques and using the FLOW (flow by mihaly csikszentmihalyi summary)and Mediated Learning methods to help with focus and management of their stressors and expectations, clarity of goals, attaining high levels of concentration.
