Learning together, growing together.
Today we had a staff-led training session where one of our educational therapists stepped into the role of trainer, sharing knowledge and guiding the rest of the team.
For the trainer, it’s also about building confidence, communication and presentation skills.
For the team, it’s about collaboration, learning new skills and translating these skills into the classroom.
We believe that when we invest in each other, we create a stronger, more thoughtful team and that translates into better support for every child we work with.
