Emotions and energy flow are deeply connected. Which is why when you feel frustrated, sad, or stressed, you might notice:
• Tightness in the chest or frequent sighing
• Poor digestion or bloating
• Neck and shoulder tension
• Mood swings or restless sleep
These are signs of Liver Qi stagnation —when emotions stay trapped, the body stops flowing too. When you release the emotions, you release the stagnation.
