Every Wednesday to Friday morning, we’re joined by the wonderful Dr Tam, a highly skilled female doctor fluent in English, Mandarin, Malay, Cantonese, and Hokkien.

If you feel more comfortable discussing Pap smears, gynaecological concerns, or other women’s health matters with a female doctor, Dr Tam is here to support you with warmth, professionalism, and care.

She’s a treasured part of the SingMedical family, known for her attentiveness and the glowing feedback she consistently receives from our patients.

Did you know the risk of getting shingles increases with age?

Shingles occurs when the chickenpox virus reactivates, especially as we grow older or if the immune system is weakened.

Shingrix (RHZV) helps protect against shingles and its painful complications.

It is recommended for adults aged 60 and above, as well as immunocompromised adults aged 18–59.

Singapore Citizens and PRs may be eligible for subsidies under the National Adult Immunisation Schedule, with MediSave use expected from mid-2026.

Shingrix（重组带状疱疹疫苗，RHZV）可有效预防带状疱疹及其疼痛性的并发症。

该疫苗建议接种于60岁及以上成人，以及18–59岁免疫功能受损的成人。
