Through Prana and Pratyahar, we’ll explore how to soften the body, steady the mind, and allow life force to flow freely, so stillness isn’t forced, but felt. Like a turtle returning to its shell, you’ll learn how to remain fully aware, yet unperturbed… calm, centered, whole.

The Gong holds everything - serene and wild, gentle and powerful, spacious and deeply immersive and everything in between. Unlike most instruments that revolve around a note and its harmonics, the gong opens a vast ocean of sound, carrying both harmonic and inharmonic overtones across an extraordinary frequency range.

The lower vibrations can be felt deep within the body, while the high tones guide your spirit to the ethers. With no fixed beat, the gong dissolves our sense of time and space and yet, when rhythm is needed, it can emerge with the proper techniques.

This complexity whelms the thinking mind, allowing it to rest. The Gong gently disorganizes to help us reorganize at a deeper level. The gong teaches how to be with chaos safely and through that practice helps you navigate life’s noise, build resilience, presence, and a quiet mind for the world outside.
