Our sessions include gentle breast massage to support milk flow and relieve congestion. For this area, we do not use body essential oils. Instead, we use olive oil, as it is a safer option for breastfeeding mums. Even if the area is not fully wiped off, it remains safe should the baby latch or come into contact with the skin.

We separate the oils used for different body areas to ensure maximum safety, hygiene, and effectiveness. Every step of our postnatal massage is carefully designed with the mother’s wellbeing in mind.
