This season, your kindness can bring comfort and dignity to those who need it most.

For years, 67-year-old Mr Mohamda struggled just to breathe. Living with chronic respiratory disease, he was hospitalised up to 10 times a year, and even simple tasks like eating or walking left him exhausted. What he needed was a CPAP machine. But at over $2,000, it was beyond reach for a retired chef living on financial aid.

Thanks to our generous donors, Mr Mohamda finally received the machine that changed everything. He now sleeps peacefully, breathes with ease, and faces each day with renewed strength. His hospital visits have dropped to just twice a year, a transformation made possible by compassion.

🌟 Proceeds from the Season To Give campaign go to our General Fund, which supports needy patients, as well as healthcare research, innovation, and staff training to improve patient care.

✨ Our charity is an approved Institution of Public Character (IPC), so all qualifying donations will enjoy 250% tax deduction, subject to IRAS guidelines.

Thanks to the support received during the recent NHG Healthiverse event held on 4 & 5 October, the donations raised will go a long way in strengthening our support for the Red Ribbon Project by NCID Cares.

The team showcases beautiful handicraft work for sale as part of diversional therapy—providing patients with social support through dedicated volunteers. These efforts help patients cope more effectively through different life stages and enhance their overall quality of life, shaping programmes that make a meaningful difference.

A heartfelt thank you as well to our Group CEO, Mr Joe Sim, for gracing the event and for his kind words of encouragement.

TTSH Community Fund

In keeping with Mr Tan Tock Seng’s Legacy of Giving, Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH) set up its Charity arm, TTSH Community Fund, 25 years ago to improve the quality of life of our patients and the community. Today, our Charity disburses more than $2 million each year to support over 2,500 needy patient cases, especially the elderly. From expensive non-standard medication to breathing equipment to mobility aids to dentures, TTSH Community Fund helps needy patients gain greater independence, improve their quality of life and integrate back into the community. Our Charity also supports healthcare research, innovation, and training for our staff and the community to deliver better patient care. Our Charity runs entirely on public donations. Every dollar to our Charity goes directly to support our activities. The TTSH Community Fund is a registered charity with IPC status.
