Been consuming Type 1 Hydrolized Collagen since early December 2022. To date it has been 7 weeks since i deligently, consuming everyday with my Riovida stix/Milo/Coffee/Nestume drinks.
NOT ONLY my complexion has improved, my nails and hair were better too! I too saw improvements on my knee joint as i had an accident history. For this i add PBGS for the knee/joint pain.

I'm glad i found 4life. This has made my life soo much better! I'm a big fan of nuts untill i given birth to my 1st son. A sudden nut allergy appear. I was confused back then as i never had such problem before. Its been 10 years and i've finally able to eat nuts again! Yayy!!
