Wellness is important but has it become a fad?

Companies and individuals have invested in all sorts of wellness activities with the intention of improving the quality of life. Unknowingly, it might spur into a desire for QUANTITY of life.

When we introspect closely, it is the object of desire and accumulation that has changed, but not the seed of accumulation.
