Chair Yoga lets you move, stretch and relax all from the comfort of a chair. Its gentle exercises help improve circulation, increase flexibility and mental clarity, leaving you energised and at peace.
Classes on Fridays:
• 10 Apr to 19 Jun 2026 (No class on 1 May)
• 26 Jun to 28 Aug 2026
• 4 Sep to 6 Nov 2026
• 13 Nov 2026 to 29 Jan 2027 (No class on 25 Dec 2026 and 1 Jan 2027)
