蛋白尿显著改善
• 7月 UPCR = 0.4 g/g（上限正常）
• 10月时由于蛋白极低，仪器无法计算 UPCR，意味着蛋白尿几乎消失。

改善幅度：约 >70–80% 下降。
这说明肾小球滤过屏障的“蛋白漏出”显著减少，代表肾单位屏障稳定。

从7月到10月，肾功能改善，整体进入“恢复/稳定期”；仅残留轻度”微量白蛋白”尿，需持续追踪但无结构性损伤迹象。
