这说明肾小球滤过屏障的“蛋白漏出”显著减少，代表肾单位屏障稳定。

从7月到10月，肾功能改善，整体进入“恢复/稳定期”；仅残留轻度”微量白蛋白”尿，需持续追踪但无结构性损伤迹象。
