This session offers a gentle and insightful exploration of the Eight Brocade Qi Gong practice, viewed and experienced through the healing awareness of Reiki intentions. Participants will be guided through each movement with a focus on breath, posture, and energy flow, while Reiki intention is introduced to enhance alignment, relaxation, and inner balance.
By weaving Reiki awareness into the Eight Brocade, the practice becomes more than physical movement—it becomes a meditative and energetic experience that supports the smooth circulation of Qi, calms the nervous system, and nurtures the body’s natural healing ability.
The practice will be mostly seated on a chair or done standing, making it accessible and gentle for all levels and physical conditions. No mat or prior experience is required, and movements can be comfortably adapted to individual needs.
This session is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike who wish to experience the Eight Brocade in a softer, more intuitive way—inviting mindfulness, clarity, and energetic harmony into daily life.
