Some of our SoulKids are now medical doctors – dentists – business owners - military personnel and they still keep in touch.
We have been at it 18 years in Singapore . . . and with the world of social media, children need us more than ever!

In 2023 we are launching SoulKids coaching for parents and coaches.
Our 21st Century skills that every child (and parent) needs. . .

I am SO SO SO proud of Ern Chee.
Graduating today as a Certified Reiki Teacher and Practitioner at SoulCentre.
She first met me in 2017 when I spoke at a Feng Shui event, and she was too shy to come and say hello.
At future events, she was so generous and gracious to bring cake and biscuits to me. . . her way of overcoming her shyness.
Later I also encouraged her to speak more at events, and she rose to the challenge.

Here we are 5 years later, and after an intensive few years of coaching and attending courses at SoulCentre, she has now graduated as a Reiki healing teacher & practicioner with me.
The top level of achievement!

I LOVE her energy and enthusiasm to learn.
I LOVE her passion and purpose to succeed in life.
I LOVE her dedication and devotion.

Not only those you need to impress, like your boss.
Be kind to the taxi driver, the wash room attendants, the delivery drivers.
Why not leave them a small gift or a tip... go on make their day.

Eat with Awareness.
Do not multitask as you eat.
Give your full attention to the food and enjoy each bite.
Give Reiki to the food for additional energy.
Your food is your fuel.
Appreciate it , give gratitude for it and enjoy it fully.

When was the last time you thanked yourself?
We are all eager to please everyone else....but when did you last say to yourself “ Good Job!”
Appreciate yourself, love yourself and know yourself.
It removes this need to constantly seek approval from others and you become grounded and centered in the knowledge that you are good enough just being you.
