To improve the sports performance of clients
To develop an understanding of healthy weight loss and weight gain programs
To develop a basic understanding of nutrition
To encourage the setting of personal goals and appropriate plans to achieve these goals.
MISSION
I love inspiring people and telling them “there is hope!” Because I view each client as a unique individual, I try to create an innovative personal program for every person I train. I will spend the rest of my life working to change the activity levels of the inactive population.
Through ongoing study, I try to keep myself on the cutting edge of fitness philosophies and technologies and pass along information to you, that will enhance and facilitate your workouts, maximize results, and promote better health.
I’ll do everything possible to help each client achieve his or her personal health/fitness.
I will train your body and your mind, so that you learn to exercise safely and effectively for life. I will encourage you to set clear goals and to listen to your body at each step along the way, as well as to give me your feedback about your program.
