Trauma-sensitive yoga classes—carefully designed to support healing and self-empowerment within an intimate circle. Our choice-based classes aim to meet you where you are, honouring your needs in small classes (max. 7 pax), so you feel supported and respected as you find inner calm in each practice.

As children, play was how we learned to trust the world.

Remembering Our Way Home: Cosy Living Room Concert with Shalyn Tara 🏠

From the cliffs of North America to the mountain deserts of India;
From burnout, grief and recovery;
I wrote songs to comfort myself, so that I can learn to make sense of how to love myself again.
I’d like to share these handwritten songs and stories with you in an intimate circle on Friday evening, 7 November.

Accompanied by the gentle tones of my shruti box and guitar, these songs weave intimate portraits of our inner worlds: the hidden child longing for play, the alienation of concrete jungles, the ache of trying to escape ourselves, and the tenderness of walking each other home.

Listen to lullabies for tired souls, earthy mantras about our deep unity, raw confessions and playful fragments of modern life.

Rather than a performative show, Remembering Our Way Home is an invitation to you - to listen, breathe, and feel. 🕊️

It’s a cosy concert about finding compassion for ourselves and each other, about softening the noise long enough to remember the way home.

As a bodyworker and self-professed mystic, I may facilitate a few gentle moments of body awareness to appreciate these incredible bodies we live in. I hope to share simple yet powerful ways to ease aches and release stuckness. 🎼🎶

And because I believe in the power of music as a force to make the world a better place, 20% of our proceeds will be donated to Love Aid SG, an organisation bringing medical care and food relief to communities in the Middle East.

Come for soothing music, cosy company, and a space to remember you are not alone.
