🥣 材料:
• 牛蒡 1根
• 雪梨 1个
• 熟芝麻 2汤匙
• 米醋 2汤匙
• 香油 2汤匙
• 酱油 2汤匙
🔖 做法:
• 牛蒡去皮切丝。
• 用盐水煮10分钟,捞出沥干。
• 梨子去皮切丝。
• 将所有材料混合均匀即可食用。

• Burdock root 1pc
• Asian pear 1pc
• Lightly toasted sesame seeds 2 tbsp
• Rice vinegar 2 tbsp
• Sesame oil 2 tbsp
• Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
🔖 Directions:
• Peel burdock and cut into thin slices or julienne strips.
• Boil in salt water for 10 minutes then drain.
• Cut pear into thin slices or julienne strips.
• Mix all ingredients together.
