It was a heartwarming Christmas celebration across generations as our residents from All Saints Home (Yishun) were delighted to be invited to PCF Sparkletots @ Chong Pang Blk 122 for a joyous Christmas celebration filled with laughter, music, and love. ✨🎄

The children put up delightful dance and song performances that truly warmed hearts, and they even prepared thoughtful Christmas gifts for our residents. Seeing the smiles and hearing the laughter shared between them made the session especially meaningful. 💝

Our residents were deeply touched by the children’s kindness and the lovely Christmas gifts they received, adding an extra sparkle to the festive spirit. It was a joyful time enjoyed by everyone — residents, children, and teachers alike.

We hope this celebration brought smiles and festive cheer to our residents, while giving the children a beautiful opportunity to share love, joy, and the true spirit of Christmas with the community. 🎅🎁

We loved having the Yellowren volunteers at All Saints Home (Yishun)! 🎄✨

It was a truly purposeful and beautiful time as they spent the day sharing Christmas cheer with our residents through thoughtfully designed arts workshops. Moments like these—filled with creativity, connection and joy—mean so much to them.

On 21 November, our Staff Bonding Committee hosted a blasting good time with an adrenaline-pumping Laser Tag Showdown — and our colleagues definitely didn’t miss the mark! 🎯

From stealthy snipers to bold chargers, everyone brought their A-game and a beam-ing attitude. 😄 Let’s just say… team spirit was glowing, friendships were recharged, and the laughter was absolutely on target.

All Saints Home is honoured to have partnered with the Gallery for its “Art with You: Into the Community” pilot programme, bringing art appreciation and engagement into the community care setting. Adapted from Art with You — the Gallery’s evidence-based, dementia-inclusive programme — this initiative uses curated artworks to spark meaningful conversations and inspire creative expression among persons living with dementia and their caregivers.

At All Saints Home, we believe in the profound role art can play in enriching lives, strengthening connections, and fostering wellbeing across generations and abilities. Here's to more collaborations that bring the transformative power of art to the heart of our community. 🌟🎨

National Gallery Singapore has been recognised for using the arts as a healthcare toolkit. It has also been designated as a Healing Arts Centre of Excellence. What happens when enthusiastic scouts meet spirited seniors? A day packed with laughter, learning, and a little friendly competition!

Our Active Ageing Centre @ Yishun Fern Grove was buzzing as The Singapore Scout Association joined us for games, activities as part of their Scouting in the Community Day. An interesting activity included some knot-tying fun – a skill the scouts know all too well. 🪢✨

Moments like these remind us how much joy comes from connecting across generations. A heartfelt thank you to the scouts for joining our seniors and making the day so special for them!

What started as a single event has now become a yearly rhythm! Our 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥 - held last Wednesday and Thursday - is fast becoming a tradition at All Saints Home!

Across nursing, rehabilitative services, medical social services, operations, and corporate teams, our staff once again came together to learn from and with one another.

Each booth, each conversation, each spark of insight added to something bigger: a culture of learning that keeps us evolving with the needs of our society. 🌱

A big thank you to everyone who planned the festival and brought the booths to life. And a special shoutout to the students from Palu for filling the room with festive joy through their wonderful Christmas song performance! 🎄✨

It was a morning full of laughter, music, and community spirit on 22 November as our residents from across our four nursing homes had a blast at the "Let Love Move" (让爱走动 – 活出爱) carnival, organised by Providence Presbyterian Church (PPC) at Kuo Chuan Presbyterian Secondary School. The carnival was extra special as it also celebrated Presbyterian Community Social Services ’ (PCS) 50th anniversary. 🎊

The day kicked off with morning exercise, followed by a delicious breakfast. Residents joined in fun games, sang along to a beautiful choir performance, and shared smiles that warmed everyone’s hearts.

A huge thank you to PPC for inviting our residents to this wonderful gathering, and congratulations to PCS on 50 amazing years of community service! Here’s to more moments of joy, connection, and love. 💐💖

Last Friday, our residents from All Saints Home (Tampines) and All Saints Home (Hougang) enjoyed a memorable outing to the Singapore Oceanarium, thanks to the wonderful volunteer team from United Test and Assembly Center (UTAC)!

From mesmerising marine displays to heartwarming conversations along the way, our residents had a truly enriching day filled with smiles, companionship, and new experiences. These moments remind us of the power of community and the meaningful impact volunteers create in the lives of our residents.

🎓 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐃𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 (𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥) 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬! 🎉

We are proud to mark a meaningful milestone with the graduation of our inaugural cohort from the Dementia Care Course (DCC) – Intermediate Level, a rigorous programme developed and led by our Clinical Director & Director of Nursing, Mdm Low Mui Lang.

Held from July to October, this course brought together staff from our Nursing, Rehabilitative Services, and Medical Social Services departments, alongside clinical staff from Ling Kwang Home for Senior Citizens. Through rich cross-disciplinary learning, participants gained a deeper and more holistic understanding of delivering person-centred care for residents living with dementia.

The programme concluded with a real case study presentation, where participants demonstrated how the knowledge, theory, and inter-professional insights gained were applied in practice — a strong testament to their growth and commitment.

Last Friday, we held a graduation ceremony to celebrate each of the 26 graduates for completing the DCC (Intermediate Level). While this course forms one of the key criteria required to qualify as a Dementia Practitioner, the commitment shown by our graduates marks a significant step in strengthening their dementia care competencies. 🌟

As we continue to invest in developing and uplifting our clinical standards, programmes like the DCC reflect our ongoing commitment to delivering the best personalised care for our residents — especially those living with dementia. Together, we remain steadfast in raising the bar for quality eldercare. 💯🏥

A big congratulations to our staff from Rehabilitative Services - Mr Wesley Wui Guo Liang, Ms Siti Nursyahida Bte Mhd Haironsah, Ms Boey Charlene, Ms Levina Lee Sze Ying, and Ms Amber Amelia Binte Amir Hamzah - for successfully completing their ITE Work-Study Diploma Programme (WSDip) and graduating with a Diploma in Rehabilitation Care! 👏✨

The WSDip is a unique 2.5–3 year apprenticeship pathway that allows ITE graduates to gain valuable hands-on experience while pursuing a nationally recognised qualification.

Your dedication, resilience, and commitment to learning while serving our residents and clients truly exemplify the spirit of excellence in community care. 💙

Last Friday, we came together for a truly meaningful Thanksgiving Dinner — an evening filled with joy, gratitude, and heartfelt moments. ✨

We are deeply honoured to have Mr Edwin Tong, Minister for Law and Second Minister for Home Affairs, as our Guest-of-Honour. 🙏 Thank you, Minister, for gracing the occasion and celebrating the evening with us.

Our heartfelt appreciation also goes out to our guests who joined us, as well as our performers for the night. 🎶💐 Your presence, warmth, and support made the night especially memorable. It was a beautiful reminder of the community spirit that continues to uplift and empower our work every day. ❤️
