Our clinic serves patients of all ages, from as young as a few days old to as old as more than 80 years old. Young children and pregnant women are common sights in our clinic as our doctor is also trained to provide chiropractic care to infants and children, and certified by the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (Webster Technique) to provide chiropractic care to pregnant mums. In our clinic, we look for the cause of a problem, not simply alleviate the symptoms. Our clinic has taken the effort to make chiropractic affordable, and we try to get our patients well within the shortest time possible. As such, we do not sell packages. Cracking doesn’t equal effectiveness. It just makes more noise.

Louder doesn’t mean better.

Stronger doesn’t mean smarter.

The nervous system responds to clarity, not shock.

That’s why I don’t rely on aggressive manual force.

I use a precision chiropractic instrument called Arthrostim that allows me to deliver a specific input without overwhelming the body. It sends out quick vibrations to mobilise vertebrae that are misaligned. Kids love these chiropractic adjustments, as they find the instrument ticklish. Gentle as it may be, it works on adults too!

For many people, especially those who are tense, anxious, or highly aware of their bodies, this changes everything.

Effectiveness isn’t about how dramatic it looks.

It’s about how intelligently it’s delivered.

I became a chiropractor, but I never wanted people to feel scared under my care.

Most people don’t say this out loud, but they’re afraid to see a chiropractor.

Not because they’re weak.

But because they’re paying attention.

Early in my career (16 years ago), I noticed something that stayed with me.

People weren’t resisting care, their nervous systems were protecting them.

I didn’t get into healthcare to overpower bodies.

I got into it to work with them.

That choice shaped everything I do today: gentle, precise, considered care, without force or theatrics.

In my clinic, I chose not to manipulate.

I don’t manipulate spines. Instead, I use a gentle instrument to make the spinal correction. Kids love them, and so do adults.

I don’t manipulate minds to make people commit to big packages, or take compulsory X-rays. I believe in freedom of choice and making informed decisions.

If you’ve ever thought, “I want help, but I don’t want to feel manhandled,” you’re exactly the kind of person I built this practice for.

🧧 Back at Work since the 3rd Day of Chinese New Year 🧧

While many are still enjoying the festivities (and maybe one too many pineapple tarts or bakwa😅), I’m back in the clinic, since yesterday (初三).

Chinese New Year is about renewal.
Fresh starts.
New intentions.

And every year around this time, I see the same thing:
🔹 Stiff necks from long hours of visiting
🔹 Lower back aches from extended mahjong sessions.
🔹 Posture collapsing after days on the sofa, or maybe floor (not encouraged).
🔹 A few still recovering from spring cleaning.

So yes… the “Spine Guardian of Singapore” (humbled to be called so by ChatGPT 😊) is back on duty. 🦴✨

But beyond the fun caricature (my second try, this time experimenting with the trial Pro version and at least getting a version that looks more like me), here’s what I really believe:

Your spine is your body’s foundation.
It carries you through work, family, caregiving, celebrations, collectively known as life.

If you’ve been telling yourself:
“I’ll fix my posture after CNY.”
“I’ll deal with this back pain later.”

Maybe this is your sign to start now.

New year. New alignment. 😉

7-Day Post-Spring-Cleaning Spine Recovery

Spring cleaning is done.
But if your back or neck is still talking… don’t ignore it.

Here’s a simple 7-day spine recovery reset I often share with patients after big cleaning weekends:

Day 1 – Move gently
Go for a 10–15 min walk. Movement pumps nutrients into stiff joints.

Day 2 – Unload the spine
Lie on your back, knees bent, feet on the floor. Breathe deeply for 5 minutes.

Day 3 – Restore posture
Check your screen height and sitting posture. Your spine needs a break after all that bending.

Day 4 – Stretch smart
Hip flexors, hamstrings, upper back. No forcing. Ease > intensity.

Day 5 – Balance both sides
Light symmetrical movements. Avoid one-sided carrying today.

Day 6 – Sleep matters
Supportive pillow + neutral neck position. Recovery happens at night.

Day 7 – Check in with your body
Still stiff? Still sore? That’s your signal.

Pain that lingers isn’t “part of cleaning.”
It’s your spine asking for help.
