The late Mr Koh Boon Ti and Mdm Kalaivani open their hearts about their journey with diabetes, an honest reflection on what it truly means to live with the condition and the importance of continued care and understanding. 💙

Their stories highlight how coordinated support from our multidisciplinary diabetic foot care team, including endocrinologists, surgeons, nurses, and allied health professionals, helped them manage daily challenges and stay on track with their health.
