Club HEAL was featured in media coverage by AsiaOne, The Straits Times, and Alvinology Media on the SG60 Heart & Soul Experience, highlighting the collective efforts behind this meaningful national initiative.

As the exhibition comes to an end after nearly four months, close to two million visitors have experienced this immersive showcase celebrating Singapore’s past, present, and future. Through storytelling and technology, it encourages visitors to reflect on progress, compassion, and our shared hopes for Singapore.

We are also grateful to Singapore Pools and Tote Board for their support under the Community With A Heart initiative, which helps to raise awareness and encourage conversations around mental wellness. Their generous pledge, channelled through Community Chest, supports organisations that promote mental health, such as Club HEAL.

You can continue to show your support by visiting the Windows of Time photobooth, available until 31 December. For every photo taken at any of the photobooths listed below, $1 will be pledged to the initiative, directly benefitting charities like us.

Photobooth locations:
📍 Orchard Central (Level 1 Atrium)
📍 Punggol Regional Library
📍 Jurong Regional Library
📍 Singapore Pools Building (Lobby)

The Caregiver Support Network Community Outreach Team (CREST-CSN) recently held a batik painting workshop for the caregivers and their loved ones.

The session began with gentle movement and gradually flowed into focused creative experience, as majority of the participants tried out batik painting for the first time.

Each artwork became a reflection of self-expression, and the simple comfort of creating together. ☺️🖌🌻

The mind is like water. When it’s turbulent, it’s difficult to see. When it’s calm, everything becomes clear. — Prasad Mahes

Mental health matters. When our minds are overwhelmed or stressed, it’s hard to think clearly or make decisions. Taking a moment to pause, breathe, and calm your thoughts can help bring clarity, balance, and peace. Your mental well-being deserves that stillness. 🧠💚🌊

December may look festive and bright, yet it can still feel quiet or lonely- and that is completely valid. If this season doesn’t feel as joyful as expected, give yourself the space to pause and reconnect with what brings you comfort. Whether you choose to read, create, rest, or simply breathe, your time alone isn’t emptiness; it’s a meaningful moment of care and reflection. 🌿✨

And if you need someone to talk to, reaching out is always a strong choice. Remember, you are ☺️❤️

🎟️ Have unused CDC Vouchers? You can make a difference by pledging them to Club HEAL, a proud participant in the CDC Vouchers Donation Campaign, and an Institution of Public Character (IPC).

It's a wrap for our annual Friday Mosque Collection!

On 12 December, staff and volunteers from Club HEAL were stationed at over 60 mosques across Singapore as part of our annual Friday Mosque Collection. We were heartened by the generosity of congregants who contributed during Friday prayers at the various mosques.

This year, we were pleased to partner with PADI Taxi Association once again, which provided transportation for our tin bearers to and from the mosques. We extend our sincere appreciation to them for their support and assistance.

To all our volunteers who stepped forward for this fundraiser, thank you for your dedication and commitment. Your support plays an important role in making this initiative possible, and we are truly grateful for your efforts. ☺️✨

If you missed making your donation in person last Friday, you can still contribute virtually throughout December via GivingFridays. Simply click the link here https://app.givingfridays.com/en/campaigns/136 to make a donation.

Donations are eligible for a 250% tax deduction. Kindly email your full name and NRIC/FIN/UEN to finance@clubheal.org.sg after donating.
