膝盖扭到后老是隐隐不舒服，以前我总爱忍着，想着忍忍就过去了。

去的这家Mdm TCM健康管理中心，先检查，判断出是哪里的问题，再出方案，手法+⻁符铜砭刮🧑‍🎓痧，师傅说这个是通过对🩸管”挤-压-推-拍-刮”使细胞的间距拉开，帮你疏通、松开紧绷的肌肉。
说实话，过了几天，膝盖那种卡住、发紧的感觉真的轻松超多！平时关节不舒服、老是酸痛的姐妹，真的可以试试。
