🔥 Start here:
🐻 Bear Crawl Table Top Hold — hold for 30 seconds
(Knees hovering, spine neutral, core engaged)
Once that feels solid, level up ⬆️
✨ Add shoulder taps (slow + controlled)
✨ Progress to shoulder taps with leg extensions
⏱ Hold for 30 seconds or
🔁 10 reps each side
Try this a couple times a day to build endurance, coordination, and better spinal support 💪🌿
