Your breathing-friendly workout arsenal:​
• Pursed-lip breathing during activities (game-changer!)​
• Low-impact cardio like walking or swimming​
• Upper body exercises to strengthen breathing muscles​
• Flexibility work to improve chest expansion​
• Pacing techniques to prevent overexertion​

What an incredible evening we had at the NHG Awards Ceremony 2025 on 30 Oct 2025! The event was graced by Mdm Rahayu Mahzam, Minister of State, Ministry of Digital Development and Information, & Ministry of Health.

What causes it and the tell-tale signs to spot ​

Did you know that COPD affects millions worldwide, yet many don't recognise the early warning signs? This chronic condition doesn't happen overnight - it develops gradually, often from long-term exposure to irritants like cigarette smoke, air pollution, or workplace chemicals.​
