Essentially, we are a group of healthcare professionals dedicated to promote:

Awareness of mental health;
Access to mental health resources; and to
Assess, by providing a personalised and confidential mental health check for young persons between 16 and 30 years old.

Vapes aren’t always “just nicotine.”

Some may be laced with substances like cannabinoids, ketamine, or etomidate, which can trigger psychotic symptoms such as hallucinations or paranoid thoughts.

Learn how these substances affect the brain, what psychosis may feel like, and where to get support if you or someone you know is struggling.

Young people in Singapore face many challenges — academic or work stress, job hunting pressure, relationship struggles, and figuring out adulting. All these happen while the brain is still developing, so it’s no wonder it can feel overwhelming at times.

In Singapore, 1 in 3 young people report experiencing severe or extremely severe symptoms of depression, anxiety, and/or stress. It’s a reminder that mental health conversations shouldn’t just happen once a year, but they matter every day.

From Silence to Support: When we talk about mental health, we show our youths that their feelings are valid and worth discussing.
From Shame to Strength: When we encourage help-seeking instead of judgment, we empower our youths to take steps toward feeling better.

Let’s keep showing up for our youths and build the supportive community they need 💙
Because everyday is World Mental Health Day.

If you or someone you know is experiencing mental health concerns, reach out to CHAT for a confidential Mental Health Assessment.

Today is World Su***de Prevention Day - but su***de prevention matters every single day. Every year, 727,000 people take their own life. Behind these statistics is a face and each and every number tells a story of someone who mattered deeply - a beloved child, devoted parent, cherished friend, valued colleague.

Let's join hands in Changing the Narrative on Su***de:

From Shame to Understanding: Let's talk about mental health openly, just like we would any other health condition such as a broken arm or diabetes. Su***de isn't about weakness - it's what can happen when emotional pain becomes unbearable. When we replace shame with understanding, we create space for healing.

From Fear to Connection: Instead of "How could they be so selfish?" let's ask "How much pain were they carrying?" Compassion doesn't just change conversations - it saves lives. The words we choose can be the bridge between isolation and hope.

Su***de touches all our lives in some way. By raising awareness and shifting our narrative, we can influence how people seek help, how communities respond and ultimately, how many precious lives we can save.

If you're struggling, please reach out. If you know someone who might be, check in on them. Small gestures can save lives. 💙
