An idea I had if you don’t want to give your children an iPad, phone or laptop even if it’s to turn on an , educational tv programs is better for the eyes as the Tv screen is much further away.

Lots of sunshine outdoor play is what I encourage for good . There is no shortcut and using and lenses are not good enough on their own. Yesterday we had a fun day at a run with some children and staff whom you see when you come to the clinic. The mass work out and the Giant were a hit.
