Ice baths can help reduce muscle soreness, calm inflammation, and support recovery. BUT, they’re not for everyone. ❄️
Here’s the science: Cold exposure constricts blood vessels and lowers tissue temperature, slowing down inflammation and nerve activity. When you warm up again, blood flow increases which helps your body flush out metabolic waste and recover faster.
Precautions:
⚠️ Limit immersion to 10–15 minutes
⚠️ Avoid if you have circulatory or heart conditions
⚠️ Warm up gradually after your dip
