五行针灸是源于《黄帝内经》的古老针灸法脉,这个绝妙医疗体系的基础,更是我们生活其中的大自然的基础和精神。
地球上的每个生物、每个人,都是五行的独特化现和组合。木、火、土、金、水五种元素无处不在,其运动形式既在我们之外,也在我们之内。五行元素是对所有生命和能量运动的表述,体现在大自然的方方面面。从了解五行开始,就可以逐步了解自然和我们自己。

人生而即是有漏之身,五行元素其中一种元素即为弱势或者不足,称其为“致病因素”,它是导致一切身、心、神疾病的根源。

人之所以会患病,是因为内在五脏六腑的的能量不能协调统一,虽然患病的病种不同,躯体的反应不一样的,但是其根本原因是源头(致病因素)所导致。

道家言:人体有大药,不必外求。五行针灸本着这一原则,不针对于具体的症状进行治疗,而是借助天地(自然)的力量,针对患者内在致病因素(五行某元素),调整内在五行的失衡状态,使之与天地的沟通顺畅,从而达到天人合一的境界。

Physician Lu Yixiu is a registered TCM physician in Singapore. She graduated from Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Singapore College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and is the founder of J-Sun Health Management and a dedicated Five Element Acupuncturist. With over 15 years of clinical experience, Dr. Lu specializes in applying the wisdom of classical Chinese medicine, combining Five Element Acupuncture and moxibustion to help patients achieve holistic balance — in body, mind, and spirit. She has conducted numerous professional courses and public lectures, and was invited to speak on Singapore’s 958FM radio station to share topics such as “Emotions and TCM Regulation.”

Five Element Acupuncture is an ancient lineage of acupuncture rooted in the Huangdi Neijing (Yellow Emperor’s Inner Classic). It forms the foundation of a remarkable medical system, one that is deeply connected to the laws and spirit of nature itself. Every being on Earth — every person is a unique expression and combination of the Five Elements: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water. These elements are everywhere — not only around us but also within us. They represent all life movements and energy transformations and are reflected in every aspect of nature. By understanding the Five Elements, we begin to understand both the natural world and ourselves. One element within the five is typically deficient or imbalanced — known as the “Causative Factor.” This factor is the root of all illness across physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. 🌟 一天的开始,从清晨的呼吸与觉知开始。🌟
✨ 子午流注的清晨节律

凌晨三点至上午十一点,肺、大肠、胃、脾四位官员依序值班。
清晨,是天地能量最清纯的时刻;懂得顺势而行的人,能让生命焕然一新。

✨ 3点–5点|肺官旺相
肺官是宰相,辅佐皇上治理国家,吸收来自上天的纯净之气,得到生命的启发与指引。
若缺乏这种高维度的指引,人容易变得机械、冷漠,失去温度与灵气。

✨ 5点–7点|大肠官值班
大肠官是排泄官,负责把身、心、神三个层面的垃圾排出。
这是排出负能量、净化心灵的黄金时段。
早起排便、深呼吸、散步,让身体重新轻盈。

✨ 7点–9点|胃官旺相
胃是仓廪之官,大地之母,不仅提供物质食粮,也给予精神滋养。
早餐是一天中最重要的一餐。
吃自己喜欢的食物,带着感恩与觉知去吃,是滋养身心的最佳方式。

✨ 9点–11点|脾官值班
脾官是谏议之臣,掌管运化与分配。
它将吸收的营养合理分配给全身,使五脏六腑协调有序。
健康的脾官,让人心神安稳、气血和顺、生活富足而平衡。

顺应「子午流注」的自然规律,是与天地同频的生活方式。

✨ Morning Meridian Flow
From 3 a.m. to 11 a.m., the Lung, Large Intestine, Stomach, and Spleen take turns in duty.
Morning holds the purest qi — those who align with it awaken renewed vitality.

✨ 3–5 a.m. | Lung
The Lung is the Prime Minister, assisting the Emperor in governing.
It absorbs pure heavenly qi, receiving inspiration and life guidance.
Without higher guidance, one becomes mechanical — cold and lifeless.

✨ 5–7 a.m. | Large Intestine
The Large Intestine is the Minister of Elimination,
responsible for releasing waste from body, mind, and spirit.
This is the best time to let go — both physically and emotionally — to purify and refresh.

✨ 7–9 a.m. | Stomach
The Stomach is the Earth Mother, providing both physical and spiritual nourishment.
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
Eat joyfully, mindfully, and in moderation — it nourishes body and spirit alike.

The Spleen is the Advisor, managing transformation and distribution.
It allocates nutrients harmoniously throughout the body.
A balanced spleen brings calmness, vitality, and harmony in life.

🎥 一秀说医(十): 子午流注的夜间智慧:心包、三焦、胆、肝 🌙

陆医师今天继续聊聊子午流注的话题。

🕒 晚上7点到9点是心包官值班的时间。
心包储存并循环血液,温暖全身,诠释无条件的爱,给予我们爱与被爱的能力。
当心包功能良好时,同情、宽恕、仁慈与理解便能自由流动。此时最宜放松身心,保持温柔与和谐的情绪。

🕒 晚上9点到11点是三焦官的时辰。
三焦是“暖气工程师”,调节全身的热量与水液,帮助身体平衡与排毒。这个时间最适合准备休息,让身体进入深层修复模式。

🕒 午夜11点到凌晨1点是胆官旺相的阶段。
胆主决断,是公正与清明的象征。只有在熟睡中,胆官才能为我们储备清晰的判断力与果断力。若此时仍未入睡,容易导致犹豫、困惑与情绪低落。

🕒 凌晨1点到3点是肝官值班的时间。
肝为“将军之官”,是人生蓝图的设计师。
在熟睡状态中,肝官为我们规划生活的方向,让理性思维清晰、目标明确。若此时仍清醒,人生可能容易迷茫、失去方向。

💤 夜晚是修复与再生的黄金时段。
顺应自然、规律作息,就是最好的养生。

Today, let’s continue exploring the topic of Zi Wu Liu Zhu — the rhythmic flow of organ energy throughout the day and night.

🕖 7 PM – 9 PM: The Pericardium (Xin Bao Guan)
The Pericardium stores and circulates blood, warms the entire body, and represents unconditional love.
It gives us the ability to love and be loved.
When it functions well, compassion, forgiveness, kindness, and understanding flow freely.
This is the best time to relax, maintain gentleness, and keep emotional harmony.

🕘 9 PM – 11 PM: The Sanjiao (Triple Burner)
Known as the “Heating Engineer,” Sanjiao regulates body temperature and fluid balance, helping detoxify and harmonize the organs.
This is the ideal time to wind down and prepare for sleep, allowing the body to enter deep repair and restoration.

🕚 11 PM – 1 AM: The Gallbladder (Dan Guan)
The Gallbladder governs decision-making — symbolizing fairness and clarity.
Only during restful sleep can it replenish our decisiveness and clear judgment.
If you stay awake at this time, you may feel indecisive, confused, or emotionally low.

🕐 1 AM – 3 AM: The Liver (Gan Guan)
The Liver is the “General” — the master planner and designer of life’s blueprint.
In deep sleep, it helps us clarify direction and strengthen rational thinking.
If you remain awake, life may feel aimless and disorganized, lacking goals and direction.

💤 Night time is the golden period for healing and renewal.
Aligning with nature and keeping a regular sleep rhythm is the truest form of yangsheng — nurturing life through harmony and rest.

🎬 一秀说医(九): ✨今天我们继续来聊聊 养生。✨

中国古人把人体看作一个国家,五脏六腑就像十二位官员,各有分工。每天十二个时辰里,不同的“官员”轮流值班,与天地自然沟通,维持生命运转。

🕛 11am – 1pm:心官(君主之官)
此时皇上早朝,心在处理重大事务。最好的养生方式就是午睡或闭目休息,不要打扰心官。

🕐 1pm – 3pm:小肠官(心的秘书)
小肠帮忙分清纯浊,确保心官清明。如果整天不停刷小视频,小肠官会非常辛苦,甚至影响心的健康。我们要爱惜小肠官,别让他累垮。

🕒 3pm – 5pm:膀胱官(水的总管)
膀胱负责水液代谢。水是生命之源,没有水,万物无法生存。有浮肿、积水或干燥的人,在这个时间会觉得舒服一些,因为膀胱官正在努力调节。

🕔 5pm – 7pm:肾官(作强之官)
《黄帝内经》言:“肾者,作强之官,伎巧出焉。”
肾藏精,精足则耳目聪明、手足灵巧,意志坚强。肾还承载祖先能量,生命的种子代代相传。这就是“水”的力量。临床上,这个时段针灸效果往往更好。

Today, let’s keep talking about nourishing life.

The ancients saw the human body like a kingdom. Our organs are like officials, each with their own job. Every two hours, a different “official” takes the lead, working with nature to keep us alive and balanced.

🕛 11am – 1pm: The Heart (the Sovereign)
The emperor is in court — the Heart is busy with big affairs.
💡 Best health tip: take a nap or close your eyes to rest. Don’t disturb the Heart.

🕐 1pm – 3pm: The Small Intestine (the Heart’s secretary)
It sorts out the pure from the impure, keeping the Heart clear.
📱 If you’re glued to endless short videos, the Small Intestine gets exhausted, dragging down the Heart too.
👉 Care for it — don’t let it burn out.

🕒 3pm – 5pm: The Bladder (Manager of Water)
It manages water metabolism. Water is life — without it, nothing survives.
💧 People with swelling, water retention, or dryness may feel better at this time because the Bladder is working hard.

🕔 5pm – 7pm: The Kidneys (Minister of Strength)
Huangdi Neijing says: “The Kidneys are the official of strength; skill and ingenuity arise from them.”
They store our essence. When essence is strong, our senses are sharp, our movements skillful, and our willpower firm.
💎 The Kidneys also carry ancestral energy — the life seed passed from generation to generation. This is the power of Water.
✨ Acupuncture at this time is often especially effective.

🌿 Takeaway
Follow the rhythm of the day. Live in tune with nature’s timing, and you’ll truly nourish body and mind.

🌟 真正的滋养,不止“吃什么”,更在于身、心、神是否被照顾。🌟

✨ 觉知饮食
吃你真心喜欢、能令身心神愉悦的食物(适量)。
很多时候吃多,是因为心神不宁而非真正饥饿。

✨ 现代的“营养不良”
物质富足、生活舒适,但疾病未明显减少;
忽略精神/情志,可能出现更深层的营养不良。
