June flies a lot. And every long flight used to end the same way, heavy legs, puffy feet, and feeling disconnected from her body.

In sessions, we practised one simple skill: finding the floor through her feet.
Heels, balls of the feet, toes, steady even pressure, and strong activation - especially while seated.

Then she tried it mid-flight.

And for the first time in years, she told us she felt more *steady and less distracted* by discomfort during travel.

What do Soundbathing sessions offer, and how do they work?

Vibrational frequencies calm the nervous system and quiet mental chatter, leading to deep relaxation and potential relief from pain, improved focus, and overall well-being. My sessions use different instruments which resonate differently with people going through different phases of their lives. Everyone can create their own healing journeys in these sessions

How has attending, and giving sound baths shaped you?

I’m definitely much calmer and grounded ever since I started my practice. I also felt a deeper resonance with sounds as time passes. I heard positive feedback from clients about better sleep, lesser tension and better focus.

How did you get started on your journey?

I’ve always been very sensitive and attentive to sounds. Once I was exposed to a class by my teacher in Koh Samui and I truly felt the impact it had on me. I wish to also be able to help and heal others around me in my own way.

Aerial makes you happy. Really - it does :)
One of our clients asked us after class if it was normal to feel *this* happy after aerial - the inversions brought out a glow, a smile, and generally - a feeling of happiness that seemed new to her. 💥 Back Pain? Try these 3 gentle back-pain resets 💛

All you need: 2 tennis balls / release balls / a rolled towel 🥎🥎

1. Rocking pelvic tilts (front + back)
Place the balls on the outside of your spine (never on bone).
Imagine your pelvis like a rocking horse—tip slowly and gently forward/back. Smooth movement + calm breaths.

2. Side-to-side pelvic tilts
Trace a smooth, connected line with even pressure left-to-right across your pelvis, against the floor. Reach your thigh bones up out of your hip joints, towards the ceiling as you move.

3. Glute settle + breathe
Slide the balls to a comfy spot on your upper glutes… then just breathe. Slow, steady exhales. Relax into the support. Watch clouds. Enjoy being.
