If you feel like your fitness goals keep getting hijacked by the same recurring tightness… you’re not imagining it.

Most people think tight muscles are just “stubborn” and needs more massage.

But the body doesn’t do random, tightness is usually a compensation.

Something else isn’t moving well, so that muscle steps up and works overtime.

I see this all the time in clinic. Someone comes in saying,

“Doc, I stretch and foam roll every day yet the the tightness and knots are still there.”

That’s your body waving a white flag.

When we grind through stress without pause, it shows up physically, tight muscles, tension headaches, sluggish energy.

Most people only visit a chiropractor when something hurts.

But I have clients who come in even when they feel perfectly fine, no pain, no stiffness, nothing.

Why? Because they’ve learned it’s easier to stay well than to get well again.💪
