• Attend to enquiries
• Attend to walk-in customers
• Manage bookings
• Promote spa products & services
• Provide administrative support

Requirements:
• Good command of English; basic command of Mandarin/Malay to liaise with Mandarin/Malay speaking therapists/customers
• Customer service oriented and good interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

We are seeking full/part-time spa therapists to join our team of professional therapists. The responsibilities and requirements of the role are as follows:

Responsibilities:
• Administer body & facial treatments to both male and female customers
• Provide advice on spa services to customers
• Provide ad-hoc administrative support
• Attend to assigned housekeeping duties

Requirements:
• Candidates with ITEC/ CIBTAC/ CIDESCO/ NITEC/ WSQ certifications will have priority
• Candidates with experience in Balinese, Thai or Swedish massages will have priority
