Whether it’s divorce, breakups, changing jobs, relocating or picking up on a new opportunity - fear is not a sustainable fuel, not in the long run⚡️

Yes, fear can get us moving — out of a toxic relationship, into a new job, across the world, or into the unknown.

But here’s the thing: fear is great for survival, not for thriving.
You can’t build a new life — or a new identity — on the energy of panic, avoidance, or “just get me out of here.”

Eventually, the adrenaline wears off… and what’s left?

If we don’t shift from fear to intention, we risk recreating the same dynamics in new places. New city, same burnout.
New partner, same patterns.
New job, same dread.

Common fears I hear from people navigating big change:
– “What if I regret this?”
– “What if I fail and everyone sees me fall?”
– “What if I fail, I can’t.. ### depend on me”
– “What if it’s even worse than before?”
– “What if I never feel safe again?”
– “Who am I without this role/relationship/home?”
– “Am I too old to start over?”

These fears are human.
You’re not weak for feeling them.
But you are allowed to move toward something — not just away from what hurts.

Is your brain asking for a reset?
These are the main signs that I commonly see with my clients that your mind needs a break:
• You struggle to finish simple tasks
• You're emotionally reactive over small things
• You’re busy all day but feel unproductive
• You can’t switch off, even when it’s quiet

These are not flaws. They are signals.

We need to learn to listen to our body and mind so we can provide it with what it needs to thrive.

Hi, I’m Beata, life coach, psychologist, ex-athlete and wanderlust curator.

I’m not your shrink, I’m not super flexible yogi either but I am probably the most energetic psychologist you ever met, breaking the rules and taking psychology out of the therapy room, as I know how practical both psychology and coaching are.

I believe everyone has the power to live life the way they want, and there’s no rule that says you’ve gotta figure this out on your own or in a therapy room.
