Inspired by the teachings of Buddha and after 20 years of solitary retreat, Grandmaster JinBodhi developed a guided meditation methodology that enables the practitioner to experience a deep relaxation, discharge negative energy and which activates the body’s innate healing abilities. 99%* of our Health and Fitness program students experience an overall improvement in health and a more positive and balanced state of mind after 8 days of practice. (*Based on internal surveys of students in 2012)

The guided meditation instructions and teachings are secular. Today, Bodhi Meditation has over 20 meditation centres in major cities around the world, from Vancouver, New York and LA in North America to Singapore, Hong Kong, Taipei, Busan and Kuala Lumpur in Asia. Bodhisattva teachings, made accessible by Grandmaster JinBodhi to inspire sentient beings to transform their lives – from illness to health, from suffering to happiness, from greed to compassion and from darkness to light.

🌟19 November 2025 marks the birthday of the All-Compassionate Medicine Buddha. On this auspicious day, Bodhi Meditation Singapore joyfully welcomed students, friends, and their families to celebrate together.

Many expressed their heartfelt gratitude toward Medicine Buddha and hope for their loved ones to enjoy good health and happiness. Participants also engaged in sutra copying and received auspicious blessings from the Liao Dynasty Purification Vase.

May everyone be blessed with good health, joy, peace, and abundance! 🌈🌸

Bodhi Meditation’s Stress Relief Meditation Retreat is designed for busy people – perfect for working adults, students, busy moms, and anyone looking to improve their health and energy levels. Wish your life was stress free? Join our meditation retreat to reduce stress, revitalize your body and mind, and take care of your mental and emotional well-being.

The Stress Relief Meditation Retreat is a fantastic introductory meditation course for all meditation beginners. Over the course of a week, spending only two to three hours a day, you will learn Bodhi Meditation’s core meditation method – The Meditation of Greater Illumination — a quick and effective way to relax and replenish your physical and mental energy.

During the retreat, you will also learn how to reset and maintain a happier, positive mindset, to free yourself from the pressures and stressors in relationships, career, at school, and in health.
