Here are 5 gentle daily exercises commonly used to help reduce stiffness and improve shoulder movement:
🔄 Pendulum Swings – Encourages motion without loading the joint
🧗♀️ Finger Walk – Builds overhead reach gradually
🧵 Towel Stretch – Improves internal & external rotation
🤝 Cross-Body Stretch – Reduces tightness across the back of the shoulder
📉 Armpit Stretch – Opens the shoulder capsule to improve overall mobility
