We’ve got a new moon in Scorpio on Thursday, 20 Nov 2025, at 2:47 PM, Singapore time.

Scorpio, our dark, mysterious friend emerges from the fog… almost floating towards us, dressed with an outfit as black as night… a serious, intense gaze penetrating into our souls… carrying an item that represents death… danger… peril… the end.

Funny how our first instinct is to fear such imagery… because we mostly associate it for something bad, scary, unfortunate, taboo. The themes of death, darkness, the macabre, and the supernatural haunt us both with dread, and with an unquenching thirst to know more.

Because it’s in our DNA. It’s what makes us human. Death and rebirth. Reincarnation and the afterlife. Ghosts and earthbound spirits. Karma and unfinished business. Soul contracts and shared destinies. Unexplained phenomena and the paranormal.

And yet beneath Scorpio’s foreboding aura lies a deep, emotional, intense soul… one that is yearning to understand the mystery that is life… and to connect as deeply with someone or something. When hurt, its pain runs deep and holds it hostage. But its pain is also the very thing that sets it free.

This new moon, come embrace the darkness in your own life. Come speak with your shadow. Come listen to your pain. Oscar Wilde opined that “every saint has a past, and every sinner has a future.” And “if you can’t get rid of the skeleton in your closet, you’d best teach it how to dance,” said George Bernard Shaw.

Finally, whether you think you’re pure or impure, remember that when the people wanted to stone a woman who was caught for adultery, Jesus said, “Let those of you without sin be the first to throw a stone at her.” He later proclaimed, “You judge by human standards, but I do not judge anyone.”

It was our 11/11/2025 Wish-fulfilling Circle and we had a great time tapping into this synchronistic frequency!

Multiple 1s open up a portal of energy in the field… a spiritual highway for us to speed up our manifestations. Similar to a wormhole, it allows us to bend our concept of space-time, or shorten the distance between two points in our reality.

So wherever you notice multiple 1s, quickly check your thoughts to make sure you’re attracting what you want, and not what you don’t want. How do we actually do this? We pay attention to how we’re *feeling*. Because the universe responds not to our thoughts, but to how we *feel*.

If positive thoughts = positive feelings, and negative thoughts = negative feelings, then we simply need to notice how we’re feeling, to identify the kind of reality we’re manifesting. If you’re feeling great, that’s great! If not, do your best to reach for the next best feeling, and then the next, and the next…

Soon, you’ll realise that multiple 1s is not just a mindfulness practice, but a mind training in itself. It gives you the opportunity to consciously co-create with the universe… to be a master of your own reality.

That is the essence of why we mark 11/11, and one of the cornerstones of treading the spiritual path. I hope you had a great 11/11 just as we had!

It was our Full Moon in Ta**us Healing Circle 2025, and the focus was not just on how we make our living, but on addressing the blocks to even more abundance.

Just as we need to inhale and exhale, both giving and receiving create a cycle for abundance to manifest. Even if we feel we have nothing tangible to give, e.g. money, we can always start by giving the intangible—our time, attention, even good thoughts, prayers, and healing.

Some of us are also averse to receiving abundance, even in the form of help and assistance. Do examine what is stopping you from receiving this. Unworthiness? Guilt? Pride? Independence? When we are able to receive abundance, we can then give even more of it, or use it to do more good.

Spirit also got us to speak our truth and be our truth. When what we do is congruent with who we are, abundance can more easily flow. The words we speak are also powerful, as they manifest the kind of reality we talk about.

As Bruce Lee once said, “Don't speak negatively about yourself, even as a joke. Your body doesn't know the difference. Words are energy and they cast spells, that's why it's called spelling. Change the way you speak about yourself, and you can change your life.”

Finally, we harnessed the tenacity of Ta**us the bull to help us go over, go round, or go through our obstacles. We also received the blessings of abundance from all the divinities present.

We’ve got a full moon in Ta**us on Wednesday, 5 Nov 2025, at 9:19 PM, Singapore time.

Just as the ruler of the last new moon in Libra was Venus, Ta**us also shares the same ruler. It looks like we’re under the auspices of Venus for a second time.

But while Venus appeared as her artistic, romantic, and placating persona the last time… this time she shows her more practical, abundant, and generous side. For not many know that Venus also blesses us with wealth and prosperity, in addition to taking care of our relationships.

Think of the Hindu Goddess Lakshmi, or the Egyptian Goddess Hathor. And what better sign to bring forth the blessings of wealth than Ta**us the bull. Bovines have always been integral to our survival, whether as the cow providing us milk, or the buffalo ploughing the fields.

So this full moon, think of your sustenance, or how you sustain yourself. Money may naturally come up, and how you make a living. Are you happy with your source of income? Need to increase it? Have multiple sources of it? Or find better sources of income?

Take time to review your investments, assets and possessions. And even if you don’t own much, it could be the little things like choosing the best savings plan, whether you should get a credit card, or to cancel subscriptions that you don’t really need.

Lastly, don’t forget to examine your attitudes to wealth. Do you cultivate a prosperity or poverty mindset? Are you penny wise and pound foolish? Do you believe that money is evil, getting rich is wrong, or wealthy people are bad? What inner quality, skill, or talent do you have in abundance?

It was a weekend of healing at the Ceremony of the 10-Petalled Lotus! This Solar Plexus Chakra workshop targets our confidence and personal power.

The last I conducted this workshop was 3 years ago, so it was high time we gave our inner sun a good boost. You’ll know your Solar Plexus Chakra is in need of healing if you experience emotions like anxiety, anger, procrastination, and indecisiveness.

The Solar Plexus Chakra is the seat of the ego, but the ego is not meant to be “killed”. Rather, it is to be tempered with higher wisdom, so that the voice of our love-based higher self is louder than our fear-based ego directives.

The Solar Plexus Chakra also governs our ability to accomplish things in this life. It’s our sense of achievement, our go-getter spirit, our inner warrior. It is here that we struggle between being timid or brave, passive or aggressive, inferior or superior.

And because life can really throw all kinds of challenges at us, our Solar Plexus Chakra usually takes the brunt. It’s our first line of defence—that fight, flight, or freeze response. And just as with any tired soldier, it needs to rest and recuperate.

And that is exactly what we did. We released the energetic blocks held in our Solar Plexus Chakra; we healed the wounds that we’ve carried for so long; and we empowered our inner sun to shine brightly once again.

Our New Moon in Libra Healing Circle 2025 was all about beauty and attractiveness, karmic contracts and forgiveness.

Libra began the session by giving us an energetic hug, mostly through the form of a female divinity, spirit guide or ancestor that had an affinity with us. It was as though our tired heart was being replenished.

We then worked on the largest organ of our body—the skin. This relates to our individuality and how we present ourselves to others. By extension, this also hinges on inner and outer beauty, and how attractive we perceive ourselves to be.

Libra then focused on our closest relationships, or those that have a significant impact on our lives—past and present. We examined the themes that have occured, so as to consciously choose more healthy themes moving forward.

We were then led to a cutting away of unhealthy cords between individuals that were no longer a part of our lives. We also energetically burnt soul contracts that we’ve outgrown, and wrote new ones with more healthy terms and conditions.

Finally, we received the gifts and blessings from the very goddesses who came to us through the cards we picked, and gave our thanks to all the divinities present.

We’ve got a new moon in Libra on Tuesday, 21 Oct 2025, at 8:25 PM, Singapore time.

Libra the harmoniser sashays into our midst, with her alluring scent and luxurious aura. Just like her ruler, Venus, she exemplifies beauty in both body and mind, and loves to seek out balance and fairness between the extremes.

This is therefore a good period for relationships of all sorts, especially those closest to you. Libra helps you to forge closer bonds between those you love, and to heal misunderstandings and grudges that are longstanding. The slogan “make love, not war” couldn’t be more apt now.

You have to remember that Libra oversees all your (karmic) contracts with significant souls—the good, the bad, and the ugly. So don’t be surprised if old wounds surface… those that have not been truly resolved. Do your best to reconcile these issues and make peace with these individuals.

If you’re searching for someone to love, especially one that is serious and committed, make sure you put yourself out there. Refrain from being too extreme in your attitudes, as Libra works better with moderation. And don’t write someone off too soon; give the person—and yourself—a chance.

If your work involves attending to clients and closing business deals, Libra can definitely bless you with her charm. You may find it much easier to associate with stakeholders, obtaining their support or approval. Mixing business with pleasure could very well work to your advantage now.

Lastly, do indulge in your artistic senses and creative impulses, as Libra heals and inspires through such media too. Watch for indecision and over-indulgence, and as much as Libra abhors conflict, one shouldn’t be afraid to confront something if the only way to heal is to see it through.

It was all about using the ego for good at our Full Moon in Aries Healing Circle 2025. The word “ego” usually gets a bad rep in spiritual circles, but we mostly misunderstand it.

The ego is simply our sense of self. In order to live and function and even succeed in this world, we need to have a healthy and balanced sense of self—whether it’s speaking up for ourselves, getting our needs met, learning to say no, and asserting our boundaries.

But our sense of self can also become unhealthy when it gets inflated—where everything has to revolve around you—or deflated—where you’re always disregarding yourself.

We can never “kill” the ego, and neither should we. Instead, we should always keep a check on our ego to see if it’s functioning in a healthy and balanced way. That’s a good first step in practising mindfulness.

In spirituality, we learn to transcend the ego, or die to our ego. But this again does not mean acting from a deflated sense of self. It means seeing the ego for what it is, and then going beyond it. It means dropping the concept of “I” and “me”, or any limiting earthly, human-defined concept for that matter. It means dissolving any sense of separation and individualism, and finding unity and universality.

So the more you transcend your ego—your sense of self, you’ll begin to see it not as the master, but a humble servant to your higher, more spiritually-realised self. Because it’s the higher self that the ego should take inspiration from, and do its bidding. That’s how the ego can—and should—be a force for good.
